Purchasing a rental space online reserves your spot for one calendar month.

All rental spaces operate on a calendar-month schedule, with rent due on the 1st of each month.

If a space is secured mid-month, scheduling and alignment of future payments will be arranged directly during onboarding.

Online purchase secures availability but does not replace the required vendor onboarding conversation and agreement.

Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins.
